Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia las variaciones producidas en la concentracion en acido ascorbico al ser oxidado enzimaticamente por acido ascorbico oxidasa en hojas de limonero  cuando se somete el tejido a temperaturas de congelacion considerando dichas variaciones como criterio del da\u00f1o de helada. Se fija la temperatura critica de da\u00f1o para dos epocas estacionarias y su posible relacion con el desarrollo de resistencia de la planta  por la perdida de supervivencia en cultivos artificiales de tejidos.
