De buerger a quienes se les efectuo determinacion de glucemia e insulinemia tras la s.O.G. De 100 gramos  se obtuvieron 3 grupos de respuesta a) normal en niveles de glucosa  con secrecion de insulina normal b) hiperrespondedor en niveles de insulina con curva de glucemia normal n=22 y c) diabeticos con secrecion de insulina retrasada y mantenida propia de la diabetes del adulto n=9. El sist. Renina-anfiotensiva-aldosterona se estudio mediante el test de la furosemida (20 mg i.V.) Y el test ortostatismo-ejercicio  se aprecio una hiporreninemia con respecto a controles en los grupos b y c. Los niveles de aldosterona tras la prueba ortostatismo-ejercicio fueron elevados en el grupo b  en basal y 120  de deambulacion.
