No obstante, junto al analisis concreto del modelo espa\u00f1ol de prevencion de catastrofes que unagura la ley 2\/1985, de 21 de enero sobre proteccion civil, se estudia igualmente determinada normativa sectorial que puede tener incidencia en la mitigacion de ciertos peligros que pueden ser catastroficos. De ahi el nombre de la misma y la introduccion del termino \u00abriesgos mayores\u00bb. En suma se aspira a dar un tratamiento global al conjunto de medidas de evitacion de desastres (naturales o antropogenos), y la influencia del sistema para las administraciones publicas y los
