Las muestras fueron procesadas tanto a 28 c como a 42 c. Las especies aisladas por nosotros son: hartmannella leptocnemus  h.  vermiformis  h. Spl  h. Sp2  vannella simplex  v. Mira v. Platypodia  v. Sp  thecamoebidae sp  acanthamoeba triangularis (cepa patogena)  a. Mauritaniensis  a.
