El criterio seguido para la confeccion de la serie fue el hallazgo de iga mesangial por inmunofluorescencia en la biopsia renal  en ausencia de enfermedad sistemica. Los casos fueron valorados clinicamente  considerando enfermedades previas y condiciones asociadas  forma de presentacion de la enfermedad  intervalo primeros sintomas\/biopsia  tension arterial  proteinuria hematuria  creatinina serica  aclaramiento de creatinina y valores de inmunoglobulinas y c3 en suero.
