Guanche (canarias) y d.  madeirensis (madeira). Estas especies morfologicamente iguales presentan caracteristicas intermedias entre los grupos obscura y melanogastar. Hemos estudiado el polimorfismo proteico de las mismas y lo hemos comparado con el de algunos representantes del grupo melanogastar (d. Melanogaster  d. Simulaus y d. Mauritiana) y del grupo obscura (d. Subobscura  d. Ambigua y d.  pseudoobscura)  no encontrandose diferencias con ellas en los valores medios de polimorfismo. Por ultimo hemos establecido relaciones filogeneticas entre todas estas especies y hemos visto que d. Guanche y d. Madeirensis estan mas proximas a las especies del g. Obscura que a las del melanogaster  siendo del g.
