Se ha construido una instalacion de difusion ca-si-elastica de luz a angulo variable. Se ha elaborado un metodo de simulacion de tipo convencional en espectroscopia de fluctuacion de intensidad.  posteriormente se ha elaborado y comprobado debidamente un metodo mucho mas rapido de simulacion por computador valido para campos de luz tanto gaussianos como no gaussianos y perfil espectral arbitrario. Se ha hecho un estudio de la pureza de la muestras al microscopio electronico. Se han calibrado 5 tipos distintos de macromoleculas esfericas y se ha comprobado experimentalmente el metodo rapido de simulacion propuesto. Se ha hecho un estudio exhaustivo de disolucines polidispersasbinarias de particulas esfericas de mezcla esfericas-cilindricas y de la identificacion de las dimensiones de una macromolecula
