Partiendo de la base de que la hidraulica del medio permeable constituye una teoria fisica integrada en la mecanica clasica  se han estudiado mediante analisis dimensional diversos problemas tipicos de la hidraulica subterranea: la experiencia del permeametro  pozos filtraciones a traves de macizos permeables  filtraciones bajo macizos impermeables y bajo pantallas  y drenes. Los resultados obtenidos mediante los dos metodos del analisis dimensional (clasico y discriminado) se han contrastado con las soluciones analiticas o\/y experimentales de los textos
