El nucleo del trabajo es la determinacion y discusion de los parametros de activacion; exponente de tension  exponente de presion parcial de oxigeno y energia de activacion  en regimen estacionario. Los resultados conducen a la importante conclusion de que la fluencia del nio monocristalino esta controlada en alta temperatura por la autodifusion del oxigeno y que esta tiene lugar por un mecanismo de vacantes a traves de la vacante de oxigeno dos veces positiva. Se establece asimismo una ecuacion de fluencia diferente a la clasica  para la representacion del comportamiento global de este material dentro de los margenes experimentales estudiados.
