Las fases ordenadas a temperatura ambiente pueden dividirse en dos amplias categorias basadas en la naturaleza del apilamiento de los atomos de azufre de la estructura: fases tipo digenita (fcc) y tipo chalcocita (hcp). Se elabora un modelo teorico para explicar la distribucion de intensidad en los diagramas de difraccion del sistema digenita  y el analisis mediante la teoria de cluster  de la distribucion de intensidad difusa permite elaborar un modelo microestructural para las diferentes etapas del proceso de ordenacn. Este modelo se confirma mediante simulacion optica. Las fases ordenadas del tipo chalcocita  baja chalcocita y djurleita  presentan cada una tres variantes de orientacion  como se deduce a partir de la teoria de grupos  todas con igual probabilidad de generacion. El proceso de ordenacion se produce a traves de una fase intermedia unica pra ambas fases. El modelo presentado para las fases tipo digenita permite emitir una hipotesis para la transformacion entre las fases foc y hcp.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
