figuras delictivas de la desercion en el derecho penal espa\u00f1ol  sistematicamente estructurado en la exposicion de los antecedentes historicos  las principales cuestiones juridico-comparadas  las dimensiones criminologicas  la naturaleza juridica de este comportamiento punible y un minucioso estudio de los elementos constitutivos y de las formas de realizacion y de autoria y participacion del mismo  completada con la formulacion de conclusiones de esta investigacion realizada desde una perspectiva tecnica y con los metodos propios de la dogmatica penal  asi como con el enunciado de unas proposiciones de lege ferenda orientadas a la fundamentacion de los limites normativos adecuados a la regulacion de la desercion dentro del total proceso de reforma del ordenamiento punitivo
