En la segunda parte se han obtenido los algoritmos elementales de winograd para el calculo de la trasformada discreta de fourleir en cualquier cuerpo finito cuadratico  asi como los algoritmos compuestos para longitudes de transformada mayores que las de los elementales y fundamentados sobre los primeros  ademas se ha introducido un nuevo algoritmo cuya complejidad aritmetica es inferior a
