Estas interpretaciones suponen una concepcion no kantiana de sensibilidad y entendimiento. Ademas, desconectan el problema de la deduccion de aquello que, segun kant, habia motivado la critica: la antinomia de la razon pura.  finalmente, todo ello hace tambalear el caracter sistematico de la filosofia critica. En relacion a estas conclusiones se intenta una nueva via interpretativa con la que recuperar la concepcion kantiana de la distincion entre sensibilidad y entendimiento. Para ello se apela al preischrift uber die fortschritte der metaphysik y a las reflexionen zur metaphysik de las fases k y landa. Los resultados de una investigacion en torno a esta obra postuma revelan: a) que en un primer termino la determinacion de las primeras fuentes de nuestro conocimiento fue negativa y b) que las dificultades que llevan a la necesidad de una deduccion transcendental son consecuencias de esta determinacion negativa.
