El interes radica en el comportamiento dipolar del grupo nh2 de influencia decisiva en procesos desintesis quimica  y en aminas biogenas. El proceso de relajacion dielectrica obedece al modelo de coledavidson  y su mecanismo resulta debido a la doble rotacion del grupo aminado en la region de muy alta
