Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudio la composicion quimica de la leche humana y su variacion con el periodo de lactacion: contenido de grasa total  proteinas  lactosa  colesterol total y libre y composicion en acidos grasos. Se observo una disminucion de las concentraciones de proteinas y colesterol con la lactacion. No pudo demostrarse una clara variacion del contenido de grasa debido a la gran variabilidad individual. Son de resaltar la elevada proporcion de 18:2 n-6 (15-16% de los acidos grasos totales) y las concentraciones de los acidos 20:4  n-6 y 22:6  n-3 (0 93% y 0 48% respectivamente en el calostro  que disminuyen con el periodo de lactacion). No se encontro ninguna relacion significativa entre la concentracion de colesterol total de la leche y el porcentaje de acido linoleico de la misma.
