El medio de cultivo fue cambiado cada 3 dias y las muestras obtenidas estudiadas por radioinmunoanalisis para determinar el contenido en lh  fsh  prolactina  tsh y hormona de crecimiento. El estudio de los resultados muestra un descenso rapido de la secrecion de lh y tsh  la fsh se mantiene en niveles inferiores al inicial pero sostenidos  prolactura asciende continuamente y la hormona de crecimiento presenta elevaciones esporadicas. Se deduce indirectamente que la adenohipofisis fetal a partir de la semana esta bajo el control hipotalamico<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
