En este esquema se prueba la relacion de reciprocidad de onsager entre coeficientes fenomenologicos a partir del esquema original del mismo. Utilizando la hipotesis de einstein se estudian las fluctuaciones del flujo de calor y de la corriente electrica separadamente descomponiendo las primeras en su componente rapida y en su componente lenta. En ambos casos se recuperan los resultados clasicos de landau-liphitz y del teorema de fluctuacion-disipacion. Utilizando tambien la hipotesis de einstein para estudiar las fluctuaciones fuera del equilibrio se encuentran nuevas expresionespara los segundos momentos de las fluctuaciones de las variables clasicas y de los flujos disipativos. Estas expresiones estan en buen acuerdo con resultados obtenidos por diversos autores a partir de teorias microscopicas y suponen correcciones al teorema de fluctuacion disipacion y a los resultados clasicos.
