Se ha evaluado el rendimiento del metodo de inmovilizacion determinando la cantidad de proteina ligada  asi como el porcentaje de desactivacion enzimatica durante la reaccion de inmovilizacion. Se ha estudiado la cinetica de la hidrolisis enzimatica en solucion  analizando las concentraciones de reactivos y productos por cromatografia liquida de alta resolucion discerniendo los diversos mecanismos cineticos que intervienen y evaluando los parametros cineticos. Se ha determinado los modelos cineticos que intervienen en la hidrolisis con enzima inmovilizado y se han propuesto modelos que expliquen el comportamiento del mismo a temperaturas elevadas
