Coli 509  aislada del contenido intestinal de heces humanas. La microcina 509m con caracter bactericida sobre la cepa e.Coli 405  afecta al estado energetico de la cepa sensible  causando primariamente una alteracion en la permeabilidad celular y una salida de k+del interior celular provocando subsecuentemente una anulacion del aph y ay  descenso enlos niveles intracelulares de atp y pep. Esta microcina  tiene ademas un efecto litico  la microcina 50g a con caracter bacteriostatico sobre la cepa  sensible c. Freundii i es un antimetabolico que posee una gran vriedad de antagonistas  de los que el mas efectivo es el acido pantotenico. Esta microcina se comporta como un inhibidor competitivo de la pantotenato sintetasa con respecto a la balamina<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
