La obtencion de criptopleurina tritiada de una alta actividad especifica permitio la determinacion de sus parametros fisicoquimicos de su interaccion con el vibosona. Los resultados obtenidos indican que criptopleurina inhibe la translocacion por unirse a un sitio de alta afinidad en la subunidad vibosomica yos  la inhibicion de la formacion de encacepeptidico se explica por una accion del alcaloide sobre la subunidad ribosonica bos en sitios inespecificos de baja afinidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
