Se ha dise\u00f1ado y montado un sistema experimental controlado por un computador digital que analiza automaticamente los pulsas de conmutacion y emision produce el campo electrico y su frecuencia  la temperatura de la muestra  su fatiga por una conmutacion prolongada  el da\u00f1o por radiacion y la estructura de dominios. Se ha medido el espectro de emision. Se obtuvieron leyes cuantitativas sobre la emision. Se ha construido un modelo fisico que justifica la evolucion de la emision con el tiempo y la curva emision-temperatura a partir de la variacion de la constante dielectrica del cristal cuando se conmuta con un campo externo. La emision se praduce por un mecanismo de inyeccion en las capas superficiales del ferraelectrico debido al intenso campo electrico generado en esas zonas por la
