Se analiza la teoria de la difraccion a bajo angulo y las tecnicas de modelizacion y simulacion aplicandose a la determinacion de la estructura tridimensional de complejos macromoleculares especificamente a las interacciones adn-histonas. Las tecnicas empleadas hacen necesario el desarrollo de una metodolog\u00eda de analisis de datos y proceso digital de imagenes  aplicadas en este caso al tratamiento de la informacion contenida en los diagramas de difraccion de rayos x. Los modelos ensayados se\u00f1alan una conformacion periodica de la cromatina  en forma de subunidades repetitivas de tipo cuari-esferico constituida por los
