Se utiliza un nuevo modelo teorico para analizar en alta inyeccion la celula bcs y se ponen de manifiesto las diferencias con el funcionamiento en baja inyeccion. Se demuestra la no adecuacion de la tecnica de aleacionde aluminio para la preparacion de la union homopolar de la celula bcs.  despues de comparar experimentalmente varias tecnolog\u00edas se hace una fabricacion piloto de 200 celulas por doble difusion.
