En este trabajo se estudia y propone un nuevo sistema que carece de rectificador y cuyo principio de funcionamiento radica en el trabajo permanente en paralelo del inversor con  la red  el cual con un control adecuado se comporta como rectificador y carga la bateria. Normalmente la red alimenta la carga y ante un fallo de la misma el inversor pasa sin discontinuidad a dar el suministro a expensas de la bateria.
