Se presenta un nuevo metodo teorico de dise\u00f1o cuya importancia reside en que permite asegurar la obtencion del oscilador con ruido minimo. La comprobacion experimental del metodo se realiza empleando diodos gunn como dispositivo activo y tecnolog\u00eda de linea microimpresa. El elemento de alto q utilizado es una cavidad cilindrica en el modo te011 acoplada a la linea microimpresa mediante aperturas en el plano de masa de esta.
