El metodo permite deducir para cualquier punto del territorio en el que se proyecte una obra hidraulica ecuaciones de la forma: eventos breves httr=a tr.T13t;atr=a .(1+k t-log 1\/1-(1-r)1\/t); eventos largos:  httr=atr.T13; atr=a.(1+kt.Log 1\/1-(1-r)1\/t. Para introducir r en estas ecuaciones se ha seguido el concepto de  riesgo calculado  de v.T.Chow: r=1- t  y asumido para  la distribucion extrema tipo i de ra.A.Fisher and l.H.C.
