A partir de una teoria de la persistencia parcial segun la que tales objetos son sumas, maximales de partes temporales gen-identicamente relacionadas. Ofrezco razones \u00abad hominem\u00bb para enfrentarme a su rival, la teoria de la persistencia completa, mostrando, no obstante, su plasticidad a la hora de responder al llamado \u00abproblema de los intrinsecos temporales\u00bb. Se\u00f1alo que tal teoria viola un principio de superveniencia de las propiedades modales con respecto a las no-modales, en el terreno de la identidad sincronica. En el terreno de la identidad temporal o diacronica tal teoria dispone de tres posibles salidas al problema de los intrinsecos temporales: la teoria de la propiedad relativa, la teoria de la ejemplificacion relativa y la teoria de la posesion presente de propiedades. Tras comentarlas analizo las propuestas de semantica de enunciados de atribucion de propiedades temporales que van ligadas a ellas asi como la correspondiente propuesta de la teoria de la persistencia parcial, argumento que la teoria de la persistencia completa se compromete con una teoria de continuantes-\u00abcore\u00bb, dado que su mejor candidato a responder lo que denomino \u00abel problema de la persistencia completa\u00bb, la teoria de casos, no es distintiva de su concepcion de la persistencia frente a la de su rival.  abordo la cuestion de la naturaleza de las partes temporales, distinguiendo entre criticas mixtas y criticas internas formuladas contra ellas y respondiendo a las objeciones en cuestion. Finalmente muestro la capacidad de la teoria de la persistencia parcial para resolver enredos referentes al criterio de identidad de las personas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
