Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudio si las reacciones redox que sufre in vitro la atpasa mitocondrial  se llevan a cabo en animales vivos y se ha puesto de manifiesto  que las propiedades cineticas-actividad y sensibilidad a distintos moduladores- de la aptasa de mitocondrias de animales los que se les habia sometido previamente al efecto de globulacion o de acidos grasos  circustanciales ambas en las que las mitocondrias se encuentran en un estado de alto nivel redox  estan modificadas. Con el tiempo la atpasa mitocondrial recupera sus propiedades cineticas.  se encontro que esta modificacion era dependiente de la relacion nadh\/nad+ intramitocondrial.
