Se han analizado los valores de los indices nutritivos cdv  vb y per  y las tasas de metabolismo proteico organizadas. Por otro lado se ha determinado la composicion aminoacida de estas variedades  su composicion  su contenido en polifenoles y propiedades quimicas de los mismos  la influencia de los extractos de las citadas variedades sobre la absorcion intestinal de d-glucosa y su posible utilizacion como fuente proteica en dietas en comparacion con la caseina y la soja desengrasada y tratada
