Se determino la composicion bioquimica (aminoacidos hexosaminas=2 2 mgr.\/Ml.  Ac. Sialico=32 mgr\/ml.  Y lipidos) y algunas caracteristicas fisicoquimicas (punto isoelectrico=6 3  p.M.  2&#215;106 y de sus subunidades=255000 daltons  s20-w=21 y migracion electroforetica=b2 globulinas). La accion  a diferentes concentraciones  de sales (cl na  cl k y cl2ca)  enzimas (trombina  trispsina  quimotripsina y plasmina) y agentes reductores (ditriotetol y 2-mercaptoetanol) se estudia por comatografia en columna sepharose. Asimismo se realizan estudios con antipropteasas y de reagregacion de las subunidades del factor viii.
