Tras analizar las diferentes aportaciones de la sociolog\u00eda a la explicacion del conflicto laboral -como conflicto interclases de caracter estructural-  se interpreta este como conflicto por la legitimidad de las relaciones de autoridad en las asociaciones de dominacion de la industria. La tesis muestra como las diferentes ideolog\u00edas de la organizacion -que tienen en su centro diferentes concepciones de la autoridad-  al tiempo que ofrecen diversas causas o razones objetivas de ilegitimidad  desarrollan en mayor o menor medida las condiciones psicosociales que hacen posible la manifestacion del conflicto. Se relacionan  pues  las diferentes ideolog\u00edas de modo distinto con el conflicto laboral latente y con el conflicto laboral manifiesto.
