El cambio de actitud se hizo posible a traves de tecnicas grupales creativas  por activacion integrada sobre los tres componentes fundamentales de toda actitud-cognitivo  conativo y emocional. El experimento se llevo a cabo sobre 265 profesores de b.U.P. Y f.P. Siendo los resultados estadisticamente significativos a favor de las tecnicas grupales creativas con implicacion personal de los monitores frente a las tecnicas grupales formales -conferenciante-o
