Al estudiar los antigenos de histocompatibilidad h-2 de todas las formas del tumor  denominado bcf4.1  observamos la aparicion de antigenos h-2  extra\u00f1os ala cepa hibrida de origen del tumor  del haplotipo h-2s  asi como desaparicion de las especificidades antigenicas de los haplotipos h-2d y h-2k correspondientes a la cepa hibrida de origen del tumor.  estos resultados se corroboraron con experimentos de absorcion de los antisueros y posterior r.I.A.. Asi mismo la citotoxicidad del anticuerpo monoclonal anti kk tampoco detecto el antigeno h-2 de la region k del haplotipo h-2k correspondiente a la cepa cba\/h. Al estudiar las isoenzimas de la isocitrato deshidrogenasa nadp dependiente en el tumor bcf4.1  solido y ascitico observamos la desaparicion de la forma catodica de la misma y la aparicion solo de la forma anodica lenta (correspondiente a la cepa balb\/c)  pero no la aparicion de la forma anodica rapida (correspondiente a la cepa cba\/h).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
