Coli. Estudios previos llevados a cabo en nuestro laboratorio con un grupo de plasmidos hly de e. Coli demostraron que forman un grupo compacto y no relacionado con los factores r. Pertenecen al menos a cuatro grupos de incompatibilidad  mantienen entre si unas complejas relaciones estructurales y geneticas y poseen el mismo determinante genetico responsable de la produccion y excrecion de alfa-hemolisina.
