Ademas se investigo la influencia del anestesico utilizado sobre la secrecion biliar. Para ello se llevaron a cabo  en conejos anestesidos con uretano o con pentobarbital experimentos con infusion de bsp  bilirrubina y sales biliares. Tras el analisis de los resultados se obtuvieron  entre otras  las siguientes conclusiones : la bsp y la bilirrubina  en nuestro animal de experimentacion  utilizan dos vias de excrecion totalmente separadas sin que ninguna de ellas sea compartida. La anestesia con uretano  al deprimir selectivamente la fraccion de flujo biliar dependiente de la secrecion de electrolitos  que radica fundamentalmente en los hepatocitos centrilobulares  hace mas
