Los ensayos se hacen independientemente en las sumidades floridas de las especies y en la mayor parte de sus raices. El  screening  fitoquimico  parte principal del trabajo  se lleva a cabo paralelamente por tecnicas sencillas de coloracion o precipitacion y por tecnicas cromatograficas en capa fina  poniendose de manifiesto los siguientes grupos fitoquimicos: alcaloides antocianos  antraquinonas  cumarinas  esencias esteroides  flavonoides  glucidos  saponinas  taninos y triterpenos. Las muestras mas interesantes fueron:  sumidades floridas de iberis crenata y lavandula latifolia (por su actividad anti-inflamatoria)  asi como la de orchis papilionacea  por su actividad
