Las condiciones de preparacion han sido por un lado las convencionales de carbonizacion en nitrogeno y posterior activacion en co2 y por otro lado activacion directa y tratamiento termico con aire y posterior activacion  pudiendose comparar las propiedades adsorbentes de muestras obtenidas por estos tratamientos en las que el porcentaje de quemado obtenido sea similar.  el estudio de la textura porosa de los diferentes carbones activos  (llevada a cabo por adsorcion de gases y solutos en disolucion de muy diferente tama\u00f1o molecular) revela que la activacion directa produce carbones con capacidades de adsorcion similares a las obtenidas por carbonizacion y activacion y que la activacion con aire y dioxido de carbono  para ambas materias primas  da lugar a adsorbentes con mayor
