La tecnica utilizada ha sido la de abbot y shannon        en la que hemos introduc ido algunas modificaciones. El porcentaje de produccion obtenido fue del 74% y hemos seleccionado de acuerdo con la actividad bacteriocinogena 12 cepas productoras patron. Durante 5 meses   hemos estudiado 81 casos clinicos en los que en algun producto patologico se aislo dicho microorganismo. Tomamos muestras de f.  faringeo y heces       aislando en total 134 cepas. Tipamos estas de acuerdo con el esq uema de cardock-watson y por el nuestro con el fin de detectar las posibles infecciones endogenas o exogenas  obteniendo un mayor porcentaje de las
