Hart  a partir desde el punto de vista filosofico  de la filosofia analitica del lenguaje desarrollada por la escuela de oxford y desde el punto de vista juridi co  de la teoria analitica del derecho del positivismo juridico ingles del norm ativismo de kelsen y del realismo juridico norteamericano y escandinavo. Teniendo en cuenta esta influencias  intento demostrar la originalidad y autonomia del nuevo modelo del positivismo juridico formulado por h.L.A.
