A partir de estos datos obtenemos un modelo predictivo preoperatorio de infeccion portoperatoria. Finalmente se realizan nuevos estudios prospectivos con 475 pacientes valorando diversos factores que caracterizan los diferentes grupos para comprobar la eficacia de la profilaxis
