En la primera, teorica, se pasa revista a la documentacion mas actualizada relativa a la formacion permanente del profesorado. En esta, se advierte la importancia que tienen los factores motivacionales en los procesos de formacion permanente, asi como la relacion que tienen con la profesionalidad del profesorado, y se apuesta por los paradigmas basados en el pensamiento del profesor de zeichner, y por la investigacion-accion de elliot. En la segunda, experiencial, se recogen las investigaciones recientes sobre el profesorado y su formacion efectuadas en aragon y se desde una metodolog\u00eda de tipo cualitativo se han hecho 150 cuestionarios, se han analizado 45 actas de proyectos de innovacion educativa llevados a cabo por grupos de profesores y se han realizado 12 entrevistas en profundidad.
