La histolog\u00eda osea demuestra con analisis cuantitativo una osteomalacia pura sin hiperparatiroidismo que no varia ni clinica ni histologicamente despues de un tratamiento (x5 5 meses) con 1.25(oh)2d3. Pero si despues de trasplante  renal con exito. Se estudia la correlacion encefalopatia de dialisis osteodistrofia fracturante con el contenido de aluminio del agua de dialisis demostrando un enriquecimiento progresivo en aluminio durante la
