Rosario <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se aborda en este trabajo la sintesis de tres nuevos reactivos derivados de la 8-aminoquinoleina: di (2-piridil) n-n-di (8-quinolil amino) metano  6 metil-2-piridil-bis (8 quinolil-amino) metano y 2-piridilbis-(8 quinodil-amino) metano. Se ha confirmado la estructura de estos aminales por diferentes tecnicas:  espectros ir  rmn  13c  masas y espectros u.V.  Y tambien se ha determinado su peso molecular por crioscopia en benceno. Se estudian estas sustancias como reactivos espectrofotometricos de los metales fe  co y ni. Es particularmente interesante la reaccion del fe (ii) con el primero de los reactivos citados  que permite utilizando el procedimiento de la extraccion  determinar cantidades de fe(ii) del orden de las ppb. El nuevo metodo  ademas de sensible  es casi especifico y se ha aplicado a la determinacion directa de fe en suero sanguineo.
