De distintas dosis de soluciones de l-glutamato y gaba  en una amplia gama de concentraciones en relacion con las contracciones de dicho musculo obtenidas por la estimulacion electrica de su via nerviosa motora  con el animal vivo y entero en todo momento. Los resultados indican que concentraciones de l-glutamato mayores de 10-9 g\/ml producen disminucion en la elongacion de tales contracciones  mi entras que concentraciones menores  hasta 10-16 g\/ml  producen ligera potenciacion  siempre con independencia de la dosis aplicada. La aplicacion de gaba produce una variedad de efectos con independencia de la dosis y concentracion empleadas. Se estudian tambien una serie de contracciones anomalas que aparecen indiscriminadamente a lo largo de los registros quimograficos. Por otra parte se propone una nueva tecnica de denervacion de musculatura de insectos  por transseccion nerviosa manteniendo al animal vivo y entero.
