Se ha estudiado el problema en nuestra historia constitucional contemporanea espa\u00f1ola  constituciones de 1812  1869  1876 y 1931. Tambien el marco juridico actual: el marco constitucional y el desarrollo legislativo de la constitucion de 1978. La regulacion en los diferentes paises europeos de la libertad de ense\u00f1anza. Como entienden esta los principales partidos politicos espa\u00f1oles    la iglesia catol ica y patronales sindicatos y otros grupos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
