Y c) a nivel de pesos moleculares aparentes mediante cromatografia analitica de filtracion en gel.  se concluye que la estructura del corazon proteico del nucleosoma es consecuencia de interacciones debiles entre los complejos (h3) sub 2 (h4) sub 2 y (n2a) (h2b) e interacciones fuertes entre las histonas h3 y h4 y entre las histonas h2a y h2b. En el complejo (h3) sub 2 (h4) sub 2  que es especialmente sensible a los cambios del medio  se producen alteraciones  tanto a nivel de residuos cys como tyr  sin que se destruyan las interacciones
