Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tratando de encontrar una accion inhibidora selectiva sobre la secrecion de glucagon  se estudio el efecto de tres analogos sinteticos de somatostatina sobre la secrecion pancreatica endocrina; comparandolo en cada caso con el efecto ejercido por una concentracion equimolar de somatostatina. El estudio de la secrecion pancreatica hormonal se realizo mediante la tecnica de perfusion de pancreas aislado de rata. La determinacion hormonal se realizo mediante tecnicas radioinmunologicas especificas.
