Se pone de manifiesto la presencia de dos complejos el v(iii)-apdt y su forma hidroxilada. Se estudian las propiedades quimico analiticas de ambos complejos  asi como los factores fisicos en los tecnicos polarograficos. Mediante los resultados electroquimicos se determinan las constantes de transferencia electrodica y se pone a punto un metodo espectrofotometrico y polarografico para la determinacion de
