Consiste en emplear el desarrollo en serie de fornier para plantear el problema de analisis en el dominio de la frecuencia y resolver el sistema de ecuaciones no-lineales resultante mediante un eficiente algoritmo. Permite manejar un elevado numero de armonicos y calcular la respuesta del dispositivo  dentro de los limites de validez del modelo utilizado  con condiciones arbitrarias de excitacion y carga  ademas  se propone un nuevo modelo no-lineal de transistor mesfet y se describe como se pueden caracterizar los elementos del mismo a partir de medidas en regimen de peque\u00f1a se\u00f1al (parametros s) y en continua. Como aplicacion se presenta el analisi de un doblador de frecuencia construido con un transistor mesfet. El excelente acuerdo observado entre los resultados experimentales y las predicciones teoricas confirman la validez tanto del modelo empleado como del analisis no-lineal
