Se estudia la composicion de un conjunto funcional completo llegandose al establecimiento de un conjunto minimo adaptado a la logica. Se realiza el dise\u00f1o de los sistemas fisicos neuristor capaces de realizar las operaciones definidas. Un estudio sobre la probabilidad de error demuestra que dichos circuitos permiten el desarrollo de sistemas muy protegidos contra error logico. Se desarrollan metodos de minimizacion de funciones logicas cuaternarias asi como procedimientos de sintesis sistematica de circuitos combinacionales y secuenciales. Un estudio sobre transitorios y retardos de propagacion pone de manifiesto su naturaleza y aplicaciones  dando lugar a un nuevo procedimiento de analisis de respuesta.
